Chicago, more renovation, and Squid Game | Weekly Snapshot

I think I can say that Fall is finally here. Or at least the crisp Fall air is finally here. The colors not so much. We still haven't gotten around to any Fall activities, and at this point, I'm not sure when or if we'll do them.  Renovation updates We are almost at the halfway point into our ground floor renovation. The flooring is almost done, cabinets are ready to be setup, appliances are here. It's exciting to be on the other side of the renovation when things are getting finished. Catchy Cover #2

Honolulu by  Alan Brennert

I haven't heard about this book yet, but definitely like the hardcover cover best
I loved this book and also Molakai by the same author. ALL the covers are lovely, but I am partial to the green one.

I have only seen the Hardcover/Green one. I like that and the paperback. Everyone's reviews sound like this a great read, it was $15 on Kindle though, I would prefer to pay $25 for a hardcover than that price on kindle. A definite read for this year though.

hcmurdoch, I'm with you on that!

Diane, I just got Moloka'i for Christmas last year, so I can't wait to dig into it!

MarceJ, I agree, might as well buy a hardcover, if the kindle edition costs so much!
