In my TBR this month | Nonfiction November

This is the last week of  Nonfiction November  - this may only be my second time actually following through for all four weeks of this event. Which is great - because I discovered some amazing blogs and several excellent nonfiction titles this month. Doing Dewey  is hosting the week and she's asking -  It’s been a month full of amazing nonfiction books! Which ones have made it onto your TBR? Be sure to link back to the original blogger who posted about that book! I picked up a ton of recommendations this month - these six are the ones I am most looking forward to reading.  Pandemic Solidarity  by Marina Sitrin and Rebecca Solnit - discovered over at Monika's  Lovely Bookshelf  - she has several similar books recommended in her post, and I'll admit I TBR'd almost all of them.  Doughnut Economics  by Kate Raworth -  Unsolicited Feedback  has several other books on this topic but this one in particular caught my eye. I Have Something to Tell You  by Chasten Buttigieg - thi

Weekend Giveaway - Hush, Hush - Books 1 and 2

(Updated: Thanks to all who entered. The contest has ended)

I'm giving away books 1 and 2 of the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick - Hush, Hush and Crescendo to one winner, in honor of the release of Crescendo on Tuesday, Oct 19. I've realized that I will never be getting to either of these books, and I don't want to deny them the opportunity to be read and reviewed. Both books are ARCs, though Hush, Hush, is kind of a gently used copy - since it's more than a year old, and I myself won it on a giveaway. (But both books are in great condition and would pass off as new.)

So, anyone who wants these two books, fill the form below. I'll be closing this giveaway on Tuesday 11.59 p.m. US Eastern time, and will announce the winner using the always-dependable services of random.org. To enter,
  1. You don't have to be a follower of my blog.
  2. You must be over 13 years of age.
  3. Only US and Canada please. (Sorry, but I'm going through a heavy-expenses phase right now.)
  4. Enter by Oct 19, 2010, Tuesday, 11.59 p.m. US Eastern time.
  5. Fill the form.
