Jack knew this much about the letters because he paid a detective to follow his wife. The detective had reported no meetings, phone calls or email; no suspicious activity at all, except the letters. The detective did not report that Edie had taken to staring at him as she burned the letters, then grinding the ashes into the pavement with her shoe. Once she'd given him the Nazi salute. He had begun to dread following her.

Jennifer @ Mrs. Q: Book Addict, I've heard a bunch of mixed reviews as well, so far, it's a mixed bag for me as well.

Beth F, jlshall, Jennifer, dArLyN, Juju, I hope you all get to read it soon!

Michelle, Amy, Ash, Diane, thanks! :)

Lisa, I agree!

Andrea, I agree with the poor man bit! :)

MarceJ, sorry you wouldn't read another by her, I did like TTTW, but I'll reserve my judgment for this one.

Kaye, I agree, this book starts off well.

Susan, I hope to enjoy it too, though so far I am yet to see any of the TTTW's magic

I've wanted to read Her Fearful Symmetry for so long! I bought it, but I haven't opened it yet due to my commitments to reviews I've already made. Soon, though, I hope. I was crazy about The Time Traveler's Wife.

dolcebelleza, I was crazy about TTTW too, and for that reason I am reading this, in spite of the not-so-good comments. I really want to see how I'll find it.
