The previous month, on its own soil, an American man went to his job at a plant and gunned down fourteen coworkers, and last spring alone there were four different school shootings. A nation at war with itself, yet people still spoke of it as some kind of paradise.. Phew! After plenty of trials, I dressed up my blog in a formal outfit, rather than a casual one. I realized I get tired of colorful layouts faster than the no-frills layouts. So at least for a while, this is it for me. Thanks to my best friend, Piyush for helping me choose! I'm pretty happy with this one, but I *might* change the header image sometime in the future, though I'm not going to focus obsessively on it.
Other than that, I did make a few minor superficial changes (I know I should have participated in the Bloggiesta, but well, better late than never!) I'm glad I got this done, since if I get bugged by something, that something unnecessarily takes rent in my head till I get it done. Also, I've decided to add a WOW factor to the books I read, which I will tag to those books that, well, make me go wow, irrespective of their ratings!
Anyways, what do you think? Does the layout feel clearer and nicer than it was? Or did I confuse you more?
