Meeting friends and planning a party | Weekly Snapshot

Hello, fellow readers and bloggers! Hope you've got a good book that you are lost in currently. Life This was a much needed slower week after weeks of the other kind. Work was busy until Wednesday and then it got quieter, so that helped me have the mental energy to do other things.  The girl's birthday is in 10 days (yes, both my daughter and I share the same birthday month) and we are planning a small party during the following weekend. Teaser Tuesdays -- Feb 09, 2010

Teaser Tuesdays

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
Grab your current read
Open to a random page
Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page.

~ Pg. 53, The Help by Kathryn Stockett.
